Want to accelerate your Ballroom Dance skills? Join our progressive courses! A "Progressive Course" is a 12-week program where you learn a graduated level of partnered dance moves and techniques in several styles of dance. The level of the courses become increasingly more advanced starting with the beginner friendly courses Rhythm 101 and Smooth 101. Each group class meets once a week for an hour in duration as opposed to the typical class time of 45 minutes. This is to ensure plenty of time for repetition with music, clarification of moves/techniques and of course - maximum fun!
