Jay Holmes
Founder, CEO, & Lead Male Dance Instructor
With over a decade of teaching experience, Jay continues to dedicate himself to becoming the best instructor, dancer and professional he can be. Jay has been awarded Top Teacher and Top Studio in many prestigious nationwide competitions and has a Grand Masters Certification in ballroom dance instruction. Consistent with his passion for teaching is his passion for dance itself. An avid competitor, Jay is a Dance Vision National Champion, US Bronze Medalist in Theatre Arts and multiple time National and World Cabaret Finalist. Jay is devoted to quality instruction and sharing the joy of dance to all.
Andrea Rupley
Lead Female Dance Instructor and Trainer
Andrea fell in love with dance at a very young age as she trained in classical dance for over 12 years growing up. She has since trained in ballroom dance earning her National Certification in ballroom dance instruction with High Honors. In addition to this achievement, she is the first female ever to earn the Top Teacher Award at the statewide Tampa Bay Classic competition and was awarded Top Female Teacher at the esteemed Florida Classic Series. A passionate competitor, Andrea is a Dance Vision National Champion, US Bronze Medalist in Theatre Arts, and a National and World Finalist in Cabaret. She can't wait to share her knowledge and enthusiasm for dance with you!

Kristina Dick
Certified Dance Instructor
Kristina Dick is a highly versatile and trained dancer with over a decade of experience in a wide variety of dance styles, earning her national certification in ballroom dance instruction with Honors. She has over 4 years of coaching and teaching experience in jazz, contemporary, hip hop, pom, and now ballroom dance. She has recently elevated her dance team to its highest placing competition in many years, bringing highly intricate and creative choreography for all different levels of dancers. Her sparkly personality and genuine care for her students makes dancing easy to fall in love with and accessible to everyone!
Kaylee Schweikert
Front Desk & Administrative Assistant
Kaylee is the friendly face behind the desk at Dance Life Dance Studio, where she keeps everything running smoothly as our Administrative Assistant. Rooting from the Coastal town of Port St. Joe, Kaylee brings both discipline and heart to her work-qualities that also shine through her service with the Army National Guard. Outside the studio, Kaylee enjoys unwinding with a good book and soaking up the sun with her friends. With her infectious energy and strong dedication, she brings incredible value to the Dance Life team.
